We will also take a 3D scan of your mouth so you can see exactly what we see inside your mouth as we work. Using this innovative equipment helps us get a clear picture of what is happening behind the scenes. It also provides a higher level of patient comfort.

During your evaluation, our team will check for any existing dental problems. We will discuss any concerns you may have about your teeth, mouth, or overall oral health. You will typically also receive a professional cleaning during your initial visit. However, we may delay this to a future appointment if gum issues that require periodontal therapy are present. In this instance, it is important to treat disease and stabilize the gums before moving back to maintenance.

Following the evaluation, your dentist will discuss any findings with you in detail and recommend treatment for any identified issues.
