Teri – Registered Dental Assistant and Front Office

I have worked for Dr. Beeler since 2003. I have enjoyed working at Masterpiece Smiles because of the family oriented practice we have. I love our patients and my co-workers. Dr. Beeler and our staff enjoy pampering our patients as well as changing their lives through their smiles!! I have been married since 2005 and have two beautiful little girls ages 1 & 2. We stay pretty busy with them and enjoy family time outdoors. Life is great!

Mindy – Registered Dental Assistant

I have been a dental assistant for 13 years. In my 13 years of assisting, I have received my R.D.A. certification along with dental radiology, nitrous oxide monitoring, coronal polishing, sealant placement, and CPR certifications. I began working with Dr. Beeler 8 years ago. I enjoy all aspects of dentistry whether it is chair side assisting with Dr. Beeler, or working the front desk helping patients make their dental dream smile come true. The biggest reward about working in dentistry is helping our patients gain self-confidence through improving their smiles and the personal relationships that come with it. I want to help change the way people think and feel about dentistry. Dr. Beeler is passionately committed to helping his patients make their dental dreams come true. I am honored to be a part of the Masterpiece Smiles Team.
I have been married to my husband, Adam, 11 years and we are the proud parents of our beautiful daughters, Adalynn and Raegan. We have two dogs, a yorkie named Smoke and a boxer named Sadie Belle. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family, going to church, going to the movies, and taking photographs.

Debbie – Financial Coordinator

I have worked in the dental field for over 10 years and started working for Masterpiece Smiles in 2012. I really enjoy the people I work with at Masterpiece Smiles, they are like my extended family. Dr. Beeler has such a positive attitude and is always willing to teach his team to make us the best we can be, so we can better serve all of our patients. Dr. Beeler’s enthusiasm for helping our patients change their lives through their smile is contagious. Dr. Beeler makes sure to educate himself daily on new dental procedures and equipment. Masterpiece Smiles is one of the most technically advanced, state of the art, offices in East Tennessee and the United States.

I recently celebrated 40 great years of marriage. My husband and I have two (2) grown sons. When not in the office, I enjoy playing drums and singing with a local country band. My favorite movies would be Mary Poppins and Chitty Chitty Bang Bang. I love the feel of sand between my toes and going to the beach – although with my skin tone, I have to be careful in the sun. My hobbies are sewing and crafting. When I was a lot younger, I used to make most of my clothes, I designed and made my wedding gown. I was raised just south of Los Angeles, California in a small community called Rowland Heights, at that time, it was nick named Kidsville USA. If you ask me where I want to eat, I will almost always say “somewhere with Mexican food.” I like to watch crime shows like Law and Order (any of them), Major Crimes, NCIS, and CSI. I also like most of the Hallmark movies.

Hayley – Registered Dental Hygienist

I began my dental career with Masterpiece Smiles in October of 2019. I am from Knoxville, TN. I graduated high school from Hardin Valley Academy. I was inspired by a dental hygienist when I was younger and thought about having a career in dental hygiene. I always enjoyed going to my dental appointments and after job shadowing when I was older, my decision to pursue dental hygiene was solidified. I attended Hiwassee College where I obtained my BS degree in Dental Hygiene. It is very rewarding to help patients maintain or regain a healthy mouth and smile, and to increase their self-confidence. My passion for dentistry continues to grow every day, and I enjoy educating and encouraging patients throughout their own dental journey and building relationships along the way. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family and traveling.

My role as your personal dental hygienist is to provide therapeutic 5-star comprehensive care using our advanced technology and patient education tools. I am experienced in using an advanced biofilm management system (Air Flow Therapy) to allow you to have more safe, comfortable, and efficient hygiene appointment. At all hygiene visits, I provide patients with salivary pH testing, an oral mucosal and cancer screening with use of a fluorescent light, use of a laser cavity detector, and an occlusal analysis for possible excess friction and teeth wear. With use of lighted magnification and an intra oral camera, I am better able to properly educate patients about their current state of oral health. For patients with periodontal disease, our Soft Tissue Management Program with CO2 laser assisted therapy is a non-surgical, regenerative method that allows us to preserve oral health and prevent further periodontal disease progression. As a dental hygienist, I fully grasp the magnitude of periodontal disease and the devastating effects it can have. Understanding the oral-systemic connection and the complex effects inflammation can have on the rest of the body, it is my obligation to motivate and educate my patients about the seriousness of making changes in their oral care regimen in order to improve and maintain a high level of dental health, as well as their overall health.

Dr. Beeler strives to maintain high and current standards in the dental profession, which allows our dental team to provide the best possible care to our patients with thoroughness and quality. I am grateful to be apart of the Masterpiece Smiles team and look forward to many more years working for the best dentist and dental team in East Tennessee. Jazmyne – Registered Dental Assistant

I received my dental assistant training from Ross Medical Education Center and obtained my registered dental assistant’s license in 2019. While in training I also received additional hands-on training assisting an oral maxillofacial surgeon. Shortly after completing my training program I began working for a large corporate dental franchise. After working there for one long year I decided to leave the hustle of corporate dentistry and started looking for a more “patient oriented” and relationship based practice.

I was referred to Dr. Beeler by a former employee and I joined his team in November of 2020. From my very first day at Masterpiece Smiles, I found that Dr. Beeler and his team were very knowledgeable and passionate about dentistry and improving patient’s oral health, as well as helping their patients achieve their “dream smile”. The team has been exceedingly warm and eager to welcome me! I am grateful to be a part of this team and to be working for such an outstanding dentist who enjoys continually learning and teaching the latest and greatest techniques and technologies to our team and also our patients.

I have lived in Oak Ridge, TN all my life. I graduated in 2016 from Oak Ridge High School, where I played junior varsity softball as a freshman. I have one beautiful daughter, who recently turned four, and I also have had a cute yorkshire terrier named Prince for over 10 years. In my spare time I love to bake desserts and travel regionally with family and friends. I plan to return to college in the near future to become a dental hygienist. However, at this time I am focused on becoming the best dental assistant and team player at Masterpiece Smiles that I can be.

Kim – Registered Dental Hygienist

I was born and raised in the Corryton, Tennessee area. I graduated with honors from East Tennessee State University with an Associate degree in dental hygiene and a Bachelor degree in Health Education. I strive to provide excellent patient care and enjoy the opportunity to get to know my patients and build trust with them while teaching them how to take care of their oral health. I love working at Masterpiece Smiles because of the bond I have been able to build with my co-workers, and the chance to work for such an amazing office with great values and an uplifting atmosphere.

My first job after Hygiene school in 1985 was with Dr. Beeler so I have come full circle. I married my college sweetheart Joel. He served in the U.S. Army as an Apache Pilot for 21 years, and we travelled throughout the world. I have worked as a hygienist in Germany, Honduras, Hawaii, Kansas, Texas, Missouri, Georgia, and Tennessee over the last 37 years. Joel and I have two amazing sons; Toby and his beautiful wife Lindsay live in Los Angeles, CA. Our younger son Jacob lives in Statesville, NC. During my free time, I enjoy spending time with Joel on our farm and visiting our children. We enjoy travelling, swimming, visiting different parks, going to church, and walking outside. I also enjoy mentoring college students, listening to music, playing with our Border Collie “Gunner” and our calico cat “Little”, and lounging around the house on rainy days reading a book or binge-watching my favorite TV shows.

Carrie – Executive Administrator

I started working for Dr. Beeler February 2022. Dr. Beeler and his team are very knowledgeable and are dedicated to providing personalized, quality, dental care, held to the highest standards. I am grateful to be a part of the Masterpiece Smiles Team. I am from Clinton Tennessee. I became a Registered Dental Assistant in 2009. I have 4 years’ experience in the medical field and 7 years’ experience in marketing and programing with 25 plus certifications. It has always been a passion of mine to work in dentistry. It is both personally and professionally fulfilling to be able to help patients feel comfortable and happy in achieving their dream smile. I am eager to embark on this new chapter of my life in pursuing one of my dreams.

I have been married to my high school sweet heart since 2010. Our passion is preaching the gospel of Jesus Christ. My husband David has been a Christian Evangelist for the past 12years. When not attending our home church in Lafollette, we have been Evangelizing and visiting local churches. We enjoy doing things to serve the community. In 2015 I started a Homeschool S.T.E.A.M. Program to help bring local families together to improve their success. I also have been a Vita Tax Prepare for the past 6 years where I offered free Tax preparation service for the community. I enjoy spending time with family, going to church, and I love outdoor actives. Some of my hobbies include fishing with my husband, cooking, crafting and driving though the beautiful Tennessee mountains.

Rebekah- Front Office / Appointment Coordinator

I have worked for Dr. Beeler since April 2022, and I am honored to be part of the Masterpiece Smiles team. I have 3 years’ experience working in the dental field as a Patient Coordinator, Insurance Coordinator, and also chairside Dental Assisting. Our team uses up-to-date technology to assure that our patients receive the most advanced care in Dentistry. I have found, the biggest challenge with most dental patients, is helping them to overcome their fears and anxiety of dental appointments. I share Dr. Beeler’s passion for providing a 5- Star service to our patients so they can improve their overall dental health and achieve their best smile ever.

I grew up in Campbell County, and I graduated from Campbell County High School in 2017. I have always had a special place in my heart for animals, as I grew up around them. In my spare time I enjoy shopping, and spending time with my friends and family. I enjoy meeting every patient that comes in the door at Masterpiece Smiles, and I look forward to all of the relationships that I will create with them.
